San Bernardino Police SWAT surrounded homes in the 2100 block of Sierra Way July 19th.
The police where notified around 1 in the afternoon after a man with a gun withdrew into a home following an argument with his girlfriend.
ccording to Joshua Leuthner who told me "the suspect pulled a gun on me when I was going to my truck and stole my phone after he ran in to my apartment building"
The San Bernardino police used a drone for much of the stand off and prompted them to use a flash bomb. After attempting to get the suspect out the SWAT team use tear gas then breached the apartment building.
The suspect was not inside after they gave the all clear.
