At around 4:15 pm calls came into dispatch of a vegetation fire on the 200 block of Macy St. In San Bernardino.
Crews from San Bernardino County Fire, Rialto Fire, Mill Creek, and Old Chojn arrived. They quickly started structure protection and creating a perimeter.
Upon arrival, crews realized the fuel burning was old tires and used water and retardant to get them out.
Crews remained for around two hours to mop up and make sure there were no hot spots.
