On June 13th Reports came into the San Bernardino Police Department around 8:36 of a white male waving a handgun.

At one point, one or more officers fired their weapons, striking the man. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to a witness who works across from the Exxon Station at the Circle K convenience store who saw the indent Hours before, she said “I saw the same man rummaging in the garbage for food and panhandling”.The witness also stated “he went to the Valero across the street and later the Exxon.”
He was then met with more than eight shots by police.
According to a few locals who live around the area the man, who frequented the area, was harmless. And some witnesses stated he was holding a flashlight (according to the LA Times)
