The City of Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Department invites you to celebrate and honor loved ones who have passed before us. The celebration features kids’ art & crafts, family altars/ofrendas, food and retail vendors, a beer and Michelada garden, live performances, Mariachi Divas and Savor: A Tribute to Santana band, and more! The event is FREE and for all ages.
